Welcome to e-plumber online store. To prevent drain blockages, we offer the e-plumber service, where we send new drain plugs in an envelope to a delivery address in Finland with a monthly order.

Placing an order
On the order form, you choose how many drains you want us to deliver drain sticks to each month. You enter the delivery address and your information to create a customer account.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
The link to these terms of use is in the order form and by placing an order you accept these terms of use.
Payment
Payments are made by credit card through the Stripe service. Don't worry, we don't get hold of your entire credit card number, just the basic information needed for monthly billing.
Strong identification with bank credentials is used for payment. Payment receiver: WWW.HARJU.AI
Canceling an order
When ordering, we will create your own account with which you can access the My page. You cancel your order by pressing the CANCEL MY ORDER button on the page, after you have confirmed this, you will receive a confirmation of the order cancellation.
Please note that we need a week's processing time before the next delivery cycle, so we hope you cancel the order in good time.
Delivery
We deliver your order in Finland by letter.
Delivery time varies, but we aim to ship orders as soon as possible.
The customer must provide the exact delivery address when ordering.
Returns
Contact us info@etaputkari.fi to start the return process.
You are obliged to pay your own shipping costs to return the product. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically added to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

We own all rights to the content of our website, including copyright and trademarks.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for possible damage or errors to the products due to transport or the customer's carelessness.

Possible disputes are primarily resolved through negotiations and mediation. If no settlement is reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with Finnish legislation.
